Their return policy is pretty standard, you have like 30 days I think. Just make sure you don't mess up the packaging too much and keep all the accessories.

I returned a wrong item once, it was fine. Had to pay for return shipping myself though, afaik. But they processed the refund pretty quickly once they got it back.

Most of them do! My current unit from them hooked right up to my steering wheel controls for volume and track skip. It was pretty easy to set up in the settings.

Yeah, they usually come with support for it. Sometimes you need an extra adapter like a CANBUS box if your car's wiring is more complex, but it's generally good to go.

For the most part, yeah. I got one for my Golf a few months back and it was pretty straightforward. Had to mess with some wires a bit for the steering wheel controls but the main unit just clicked right in.

Depends on your car model I guess. Mine was almost perfect but I needed a CANBUS adapter for some features to work properly. Just double check compatibility for your specific car before ordering.

I think they ship from overseas so it can take a bit. I'd factor in at least 10-14 days, maybe more if customs holds it up. Probably not ideal for a quick road trip unless you have time.

I had a Joying before and switched to ISUDAR. The ISUDAR felt a bit snappier in terms of performance and the UI was cleaner for me. Sound quality felt similar though.

My buddy has a Teyes and I have an ISUDAR. Teyes seems to have more custom firmware options, but ISUDAR is generally more affordable and still very capable. For basic use, I'd say ISUDAR is a good value.
